  • Notes board

    Capture thoughts as cards. Pin, color and search them — type [] and space for a checklist.

  • Docs

    Write longer pieces as docs, with tables, images and files. Drag paragraphs to move them.

  • Calendar and widgets

    See project events on a month calendar and drag to create them. A quick note and mini calendar stay beside you in every context.

  • Files and photos

    Give each project its own folders. Preview Office files and PDFs in the app — HEIC photos too.

  • Transcripts and summaries

    Upload a video or recording and get a searchable transcript you can click to jump through, plus a summary with chapters.

  • On your phone

    On a phone, your apps become tabs along the bottom — the same workspace, in your pocket.

Browser, Contacts, Journal, Database and Servers are there too — add them to whichever context needs them.
